Who are we?
Let's Be Bilingual is a language school seeking to promote language learning for all , from elementary schools to college campuses.
We offer immersive language tutoring services for those looking to improve their skills, pass tests, get higher grades, speak with family, and connect with other multi-lingual friends!
Whether you or your child prefers to learn in person at a library or home, or on Zoom, Let’s Be Bilingual offers it all! See the bottom of the website for scheduling options in person or over Zoom! We currently operate near UCSD & SDSU libraries in San Diego, California.

Our Strategy - immersive tutoring

WITH OUR TUTORING STRATEGY, WE PROMOTE LANGUAGE ACQUISITION WITH WHAT CHRIS LONSDALE CALLS “BRAIN SOAKING”.
SPEAKING WITH THE STUDENTS AND HAVING CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM ON A VARIETY OF CONFIDENCE-APPROPRIATE TOPICS IS HOW STUDENTS CAN PICK UP ON WORDS, GRAMMAR POINTS, AND CONJUGATIONS WITHOUT EVEN HAVING HAD STUDIED THEM.
WITH THIS, THERE’S NO NEED TO TRAVEL TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY TO IMMERSE YOURSELF IN A LANGUAGE. OUR TUTORS WILL SPEAK WITH STUDENTS IN THEIR TARGET LANGUAGE FOR CONVERSATIONS TO AID IN ACQUISITION, AND WILL UTILIZE AND RECOMMEND ONLINE RESOURCES FOR THE STUDENTS TO TALK WITH NATIVES OVERSEAS AS WELL.
